Review
Videovac is an application that enables you to capture video from different video-sharing websites. The program does not support many websites but it can capture from a couple of popular Internet sites in a short amount of time.
This program is mostly similar to other downloading applications. To download a video file, you need to visit the video-sharing website, copy the URL direction and paste it into the program's main window. Then just click on the download button and the program will start downloading. There is a progress bar located at the bottom of the program's window that will indicate the download progress.
At the developer's website it says that you can convert the files so that you can play them on portable devices, but it will be difficult to find that feature. There are not many advanced settings to configure. The program will keep a record of all video files downloaded. You will be able to pause and resume downloads anytime you want. Videovac is able to download multiple video files at once. Something good to say about this version is that it lets you watch the video files with its enhanced FLV player. |
